Delivery is charged by parcel size, from small items like ornaments to extra large pieces like big wreaths and trees. You will see the exact price for your order at checkout.

Shipping policy

In-stock items are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Most of our decorations are made to order, and these take 3 to 5 working days to make and dispatch, depending on the size and detail of the piece.

Deliveries within Europe usually arrive in 4 to 7 working days, and worldwide orders in 5 to 14 working days. Delivery can take longer in the busy festive season, so we recommend ordering your Christmas decorations early.

Return policy

Most of our decorations are handmade and made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

We pack every order with care, but once a parcel leaves our studio we cannot control how it is handled. If your order arrives damaged, or something is not right with your item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. If you are unhappy with your piece for another reason, get in touch anyway, and we will do our best to find a solution together.

We cannot offer refunds for:

the wrong item or size ordered
small natural variations in colour or shape
an incorrect or incomplete delivery address
natural changes in dried or organic materials over time
