A standard 35GBP fee is applied. To arrange a specific delivery fee for your order, please give a message and we will sort it out for you.

Shipping policy

 

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 working days to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible. For custom orders, production and dispatch take 3-5 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the decorations. Deliveries to Europe typically arrive within 4-7 working days, while worldwide orders usually take 5-14 working days to reach their destination.

Please note that delivery times may vary during the festive season, so we recommend ordering early to avoid any delays.

Return policy

Most of our decorations are custom-made and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We take great care to securely pack and protect our products, but once the package leaves our studio, we have no control over how it is handled. If your parcel arrives damaged or if you wish to discuss a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund, if eligible.

Please note, we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect item or size purchased
  • Minor variations in color or shape
  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Changes in natural ingredients
