Most of our decorations are custom-made and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We take great care to securely pack and protect our products, but once the package leaves our studio, we have no control over how it is handled. If your parcel arrives damaged or if you wish to discuss a return, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund, if eligible.
Please note, we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Incorrect item or size purchased
- Minor variations in color or shape
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Changes in natural ingredients
